Q1/ How long do I have to wait for my blooms?
We deliver Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm with no specific time request. The cut off time for same day delivery is 12pm.
Q2/ What is included in Weekly Bouquet package?
The weekly bouquet comes with a FREE message card, a FREE jar & a KRAFT PAPERBAG. This package only apply on weekly bouquet, customised bouquet, flowerbox and hot air balloon is not included.
Q3/ Can I do Self Collection?
Of course! Our office is located at One Space at One City. Please type “One Space at One City” on Waze. (You will see One Space lobby on your left & Artwash Laundry on your right). As our office building need access card to go in hence you may park your car nearby/ roadside, call us when reaching so our colleague can pass the flower to you personally. Self collection time is Mon-Fri 10am-7pm.
Q4/ Do you accept COD?

Q5/ Can I walk in to purchase?
Unfortunately we do not accept walk in at this moment as we are online based florist. You can place order via our website or feel free to call us +6014-663-4913 for any enquiries.
Q6/ How do you deliver the bouquet?
We are using third party delivery service for delivery, including motorcycle & car.
Q7/ Oh No! The recipient is not around at the time of delivery…
If no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, we will call you to decide:
Option A: Leave the flower at…
- For Office- to receptionist/ colleagues/ at the door step
- For House/ Apartment/ Condominium- security guard/ at the door-step/ neighbours
Option B: Reschedule the delivery
An additional redelivery fee RM50 will be charged.
If we are unable to reach you within 10mins of courier arrival, we will go for Option A. Hence, kindly ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the specific time range.We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Q8/ Will the flower delivery delay?
We will do our best to hand the bouquet before 6pm. However please expect a slight delay when there may be unforeseen circumstances. We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to natural disaster, bad weather, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other reasons that beyond our control.
Q9/ I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
If the cancellation is before 24 hours of delivery, we do charge 50% of the total order cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders which have been prepared and are ready for delivery, so cancellations received on the day of delivery cannot be accepted. Q10/ How do I keep my flowers fresh?
Remove the wrappers. Remove excess leaves & trim the stems of flowers to put them in the jar filled with water. Change the water regularly and place the flower in a cold environment to keep them fresh. Avoid sunlight and heat.
